Couple returns
from visit
to the west
Gladys Arnold, Katherine. Collins and,
Janet Nixon represented Purple Grove
Women's Institute at the Grey -Bruce Area
Convention held last Thursday and Friday
at Chesley.
Welcome home to Don and Anne IVIcCosh
from an extended visit with relatives and
friends in the Westemprovinces.
Also welcome home to Jahn and Joyce
Farrell from a ten day hunting and fishing
holiday near Upsala in northern Ontario.
Teresa and Jennifer visited with Grandpa
and Grandma Elliott, Tobi with Aunt Nancy
Greenwood and Tanya with Francis and
Irene Boyle while their parents were away.
Shea Vandenhogan of Ripley spent the
weekend with , her cousin Sheena
MacDonald. '
Wilda Thomspon spent last week with
Randy and Joan MacDonald and family at
South Porcupine. Joan and Wilda also
visited with Hugh and Marion Jansen and
family at cochrane.
Sunday visitors with Marjorie Thompson
in Ripley were Mr. and Mrs. Jim Ball of
London. Joining with them were Mr. and
Md. Victor Gawley, Mrs. Katherine Collins,
Mr. and Mrs. Allan Coning and Mr. Bert
Thompson. Also visiting from Owen Sound

were Mr. and Mrs. Ned Cote and Lisa.
Mel and Reine Arnold, Carla, Gavin and
Dustin visited on Sunday With Jim and Fran
Farrell, Christina, Carmen and Jamie.
Mrs. Ada ,Farrell of Ripley spent some
time on the weekend with Janet and Rob
Farrell. Courtney and Susan MacDonald of
London alio visited their families here.
Jack Farrell spent a few days in
Edmonton visiting. Garry, Laura Farrell,
Sarah, David and Patrick, and attended the
wedding of his niece Km Nother �n
Saturday. Also attending the wedding were
Mrs. Jean MacDonald and Mrs. Pat.
