Mrs. Irwin gave an interesting presentation on how to make the programs more interesting and worthwhile. Mrs. Harvey Houston; as -archivist, displayed the present book she was keeping up to date with clippings, pictures, etc. with all activities in the U.C.W. and the church. Mrs. Hunter presided for the business. Mrs. Stuart Reavie gave the treasurer's report. ,The correspondence was read by Mrs. Bradley and convener reports were given. Visiting with Mr. and Mrs. Donald Robert- son of Purple Grove on Thursday evening were Martha McIver of Ripley, Mrs. Guy Roznsay of Toronto, Margaret Robinson of Toronto, and Dorothy Collins of Lucknow.
