The Provincial Offences Act, 1979, became law.on March 28, 1980.
This Ac 1 allows Municipalities to enforce provincial law Offences uhder
THE DOG LICENCING ACT.
Under the PROVINCIAL OFFENCES ACT THE VILLAGE OF
LUCKNOW has set the following fines:
1. Being the Owner of •a Dog Failed to Licence
2. Licenced Female Dog as Male Dog
3. Failed to Licence a Kennel
4. Being the Owner of a Ucenced Dog, Did Not Secure The Tag
5. Did Remove a Collar or Tag from a Licenced Dog
6. tieing the owner of a Dog, Allow it to be Running at Large
7. Being the Owner of a Dog, Failure to remove excreta of said
dog from Property other than that of Owner
Under By -Law 10-1983 all dogs waist be. licenced.
Licences are now available at the Municipal Office.
