The first meeting of the Kairshea Heart
Throbs was held on February 9 at • Irene
Dickie's home.
The topic of fitness was introduced with
everyone explaining what being fit meant to
them. Everyone found out how fit they were
after they took their heart rate.
Another topic discussed was the import-,
dishes and everyone enjoyed eating their
early breakfast. •
Irene Dickie and Doreen Mali are leading
this club project, Fitness Fare,. and the
officers are president, Heather MacDougall;
vice president, Meaghan Clark, secretary,
