A Proposed Official Plan Amendment
Under Section 17 and 21 of
THE PLANNING ACT
The purpose of the proposed amend-
ment is to amend the Bruce County South
Official Plan by incorporating a secondary
plan for the Village of Ripley.
The Ripley Secondary Plan would
represent an extension and elaboration of
the land use policies contained within the'
County Official Plan and have been
prepared by the Village of Ripley Council
in order to provide a more detailed level
of land use control to guide development
within the 'Village.
This document will form the basis on
which future zoning bylaws for the
Village will be prepared.
The Public Meeting will be held
Friday, March 23, 1984 at 10:30 a.m.,
UPSTAIRS MEETING ROOM, Bruce
County Administration Building, 30 Park
Street, Walkerton, Ontario.
Any person may attend the public
meeting and make written and/or verbal
representation, either in support or in
opposition to the proposed amendment.
