The Ripley Secondary Plan would represent an extension and elaboration of the land use policies contained within the' County Official Plan and have been prepared by the Village of Ripley Council in order to provide a more detailed level of land use control to guide development within the 'Village. This document will form the basis on which future zoning bylaws for the Village will be prepared.
