Township Municipal Building, Holyrood, Ontario to consider a proposed zoning amendment under Section 34 of The Planning Act, 1983. Theiroposed Zoning By -Law Amendment would change the zoning provisions which apply to a vacant parcel of land consisting of Lots 37 - 40 and Part of Lots 9 - 12, Plan 231 (Hamlet of Kinlough). The provisions of the present 'R1 -Detached Residential' zoning of these lands would require privatelyserviced lots to have a minimum lot frontage of 40 metres (132 feet) and a minimum lot area of 4000 square metres (43100 square feet). These requireinents have been proposed to be reduced to approximately 25.5. metres (83.7 feet) and 2000 square. metres (21529 square feet), respectively, to permit the even- tual creation of three residential building lots on the subject lands. ANY PERSON may attend the public meeting and/or make written or verbal representation either in support of or in opposition to the proposed Zoning By -Law Amendment.
