CONCERNING A PROPOSED AMENDMENT
TO THE KINLOSS TOWNSHIP COMPREHENSIVE ZONING BYLAW
TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Township of Kinloss will hold a Public Meeting
on THURSDAY, February 23, 1984 at 8:00 p.m. in the Clerk -Treasurer's Office of the
Kinloss Township Municipal Building, Holyrood, Qntario to consider a proposed zoning
amendment under Section 34 of The Planning Act, 1983.
The proposed Zoning By -taw Amendmen ould change the zoning provisions. which
apply to a vacant parcel of land consisting o is 37 - 40 and Part of Lots 9 - 12, Plan 231
(Hamlet of Kinlough). The provisions th ; resent `R1 -Detached Residential' 'zoning
of these lands would require privately serviced lots to have a minimum lot frontage of 40
metres (132 feet) and -a minimum lot area of 4000 square metres (43100 square feet).
These requirements have been proposed to be reduced to approximately 25.5 metres
' . (83.7 feet) and 2000 square metres (21529 square feet), respectively; to permit the even-
tual creation of three residential building lots on the subject lands.
ANY PERSON may attend the public meeting and/or make written or verbal
representation either in support of or in opposition to the proposed Zoning By -Law
Amendment.
