• In Monday's contest, the Midgets proved
to be generous hosts as they . presented
Tiverton a 5'= 4 win. Although the'teattt hada
territorial, advantage . and many mad—goal
mouth • scrambles, good team play . was
lacking especially on power play and penalty
situations in the third period. •
In first period ,action a goal by Brad
Priestap, assisted, by Irwin and McKim, tied
the score 1 - 1. A goal by Dan Gilchrist from
G. 'Murray and Shepherd late in the second
cut Tiverton's lead to 4 - 2. Late in, the third,
a goal by Alex West and a goal by Darren
McKim from Priestap- completed Lucknow's
scoring. _-
This
This game ended the series with Tiverton
this season with only three of a possible
eight points and dumped the team below 500
