Mr. and Mrs. John de Boer visited on Sunday with his brother, Mr. and Mrs. Dick de Boer and family of Bluevale. Mr. and Mrs. JobtrUuldriks and daughter of Kitchener visited Wednesday with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Bill Uuldriks. While Mr. and Mrs. Keet and family of Strathroy called on friends in the village, their little son, Adrian called on his friends, Mr. and Mrs.Victor Emerson. Mrs. Gary. Rintoul was at London on Friday at a Directors' meeting for a ,Charolais sale. This commtmity extends their sympathy to Mrs. Gordon' McPherson and family in the passing Of Gordon last week. He was well known in this locality. Mrs. Gordon Rintoul reports that her little granddaughter,' Sara Speiran of Brussels, who recently had an eye operation, is rapidly recovering. Mr. and Mrs., Reason Falconer of Sarnia spent the weekend visiting in this area with friends and called on4assie Mowbray and Mr. and Mrs. Angus Falconer. • Communion was held at' the United Church on Sunday. Mr. and. Mrs.' Ducharme of Goderich visited on Monday with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Elroy Laidlaw. This village fs as busy as can be blowing snow with the little snow blowers due to snow falling every day and paths must be kept open to the homes. The highway plows are also busy keeping the roads clear. We are sorry to report Mrs. Robena Stewart of Teeswater is a patient at Wingham Hospital. She is wished a speedy recovery.
