day. Mr, Alan H. Neelon spoke
forcefully • on problems related to
alcohol and advised maintaining
the Canada Temperance Act by
vote. Donations were received for
the Ontario Temperance Federa-
tion, Mr. Neelon sang a solo.

Creamery held their annual meet-
ing in Bluevale community hall on
Friday evening. James .JOhnston
presided and introduced the •spec-
ial .speakers, Mr, Wilton, secretary
of the Provincial Milk Producers'
Board, 5, Pearson, director of the
Provincial Milk Producers'- Board
and Mr. Keyes, president-of the
Ontario Concentrated Milk Pro-
ducers.' Ken Carey, district - field-
man, also spoke,
Mr. Keyes told of his trip to the
British Isles, with other -members
of a delegation to study methods
of marketing and production' of
dairy' produbts 't'h'ere.'-This adElPess
was of great interest.
Mr. Wilton presided for the elec-
tion of .officers as follows: Past

WROXETER--Plans for a Gor-
rie-Wroxeter Scout Troop were
made by the Group Committee on
Friday at the home of the chair-
man, Harold -Hyndman, of Gorrie.
The committee welcomed Scout-
master, Lloyd Townsend and his
assistants, Gerry Brown and Bob
Edgar, Visiting Scout officials,
Bob Taylor, Hanover, and Clarence
Haddock, Palmerston, told mem=
hers of the group committee of the
progreaS made, Wroxeter members
