Gro,sicerth spoke on the new venture among Women and Mrs. Ben McClenaghan 'gave 'a reading on meaningful translations of parts of the.Bible far the Af- rican People. Mit. Russell Chapman spoke on "The 'Land of Contrast", and Mrs. J, D, Beecreft told of the work Of the Bible Society where they distribute 1.?a, million Bibles yearly- in- • e20 languages- in 'Af rica,' Mrs, Garnet Farrier gave a. report of the World Day of Prayer, Mrs. J, D.
