Noll of Walkerton, solemnized on
Saturday morning in,. the R.C.
Church, Walkerton. They also
attended the Wedding dinner, serv-
ed in the parish hall, and the
reception held in the evening for
over two hundred relatives and
friends in Belmore ;community
Hall.

visited on Saturday at the home
of his aunt, Mrs. Ewart McPher-
son, and spent !Sunday with rela-
tives in this district and in• Ash-

Currie, Donald Gaunt also spent
the week-end at the Currie home,

Goderich, who has been quite ill
during the past few weeks.

week-end at the home of his
brother, Mr. Lawrence Taylor, and

laid up for some weeks with a
painful injury, will be confined to
his bed for the next two weeks to
try to correct the trouble,

Mr. and Mrs. Fisher and their
family moved two weeks ago to
their new cottage, built at the
west' end of the 10th line of Turn-
'berry.
Pte. Clarence Cameron, who has
been stationed at Meaford, spent
the week-end at the home of his
aunt, Mrs. Mason Robinson. He has
a two weeks' leave.
Mr. and Mrs, Gilbert Beecroft
and daughters,, and Mr. Melville
Beecroft spent Sunday at Stratford
where they met Mrs. Beecroft and
their sons, David and-Jimmie, who
had been visiting at Otterville, and
returned home,
LAC Lloyd Grossman, of Indian
Head, ;Sask., who has been taking a
special course at Clinton Air
School, and his friend from New-
foundland, visited on Sunday at the
home of !his aunt, Mrs. Ira Wall,
Mr. Crossman came from the Air
School in Quebec in July, to Clin-
ton, and will be stationed there'
until November.
Mr, and Mrs. Walter Arsoott and
children spent the week-end at the
home of Mr, and Mrs. Clarence
Arscott and other relatives in
London.
Mr. George Ross of Owen Sound
spent the week-end with his moth-
er, Mrs. Robert Ross and other
relatives here,
Mr. Carl Weber and Mr, Chas.
Moore took the Whitechurch mid-
get ball team to Sarnia on Sat-
urday afternoon to one of the
play-off games. At the fourth in-
ning, with the game 7-3 in favor of
this team, the rain came down and
the game will be played in Sarnia
on Wednesday, With the return
game here on Saturday,

visited on 8onday. with Mr, and
Mrs. Melvin Rome of Teesvyater.
Mrs. Reuben Tiffin of Kinloas
celebrated het 85th birthday on
Sunday at the Bete of her son, Mr.
Chas, Tiffin.
