SUNOCO'S EN
KINCARDINE SQUAD
On Friday evening in the Wing.,
ham ball park the local Sunoco's
edged the Kincardine intermedi-
ate entry 4-,3 in a WOAA round ro-
bin fixture,
The game went scoreless to the
sixth inning, when Jim Bain of
Wingham led off with a home run.
Kincardine. 'retaliated in the next
frame with two runs to lead the
locals, who came back at the end of
the same inning with three runs
to put them out in front by two,
In the eighth Kincardine threat-
ened to tie it up when they loaded
the bases. The Sunoco's, however,
called for reliefer "Ryan” Welwood
to put out the fire. He was. able
to close the fixture with only one
of the three runners crossing the
plate. ,
