from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
This will be strictly enforced:
An ANNUAL charge of $4.44 gross, less prompt pay-

hose or outside tap for the above noted purposes.
Anyone found watering lawns or gardens, who has not'

Recreation Program
A large group of children turn-
ed out on Wednesday afternoon of
last week for the "On Wheels Day"
The youngsters gathered at the
town park at 1.30 with their decor.

The parade and 'judging took up
a good part of the afternoon. The
children enjoyed the remainder of
the time in the wading pool.'
This afternoon (Wednesday) the
youngsters 'in the four-to-eight
year-old class will. hold a pet show
at the town park from 1.30 to 2.30
Prizes will be awarded. Next
Wednesday, August 5th they will
enjoy a picnic in the park at 4.30
p.m.
Parents are reminded that there
will be no afternoon program.for
the 4-8 year-olds on Monday, Aug.
3rd, and the wading pool will be
closed. SWimming instruction at
the Teeswater pool on that day
has been cancelled as well. The
wading pool will also be closed on
Saturday, Aug. 8.
On Friday of this week, July 31,
boys Will be able to register for
softball at 10.30''a.in at tbe 'Park.
There are now 80 children, 4-8,
registered for afternocin programs
on Mondays, Wednesdays and'
Thursdays from 1.30-2.30 at the
park. Girls' crafts on Tuesdays
from 9.30-10.30 in the council
chamber have 27 registrations and
35 girls are listed for softball at
10.30 a.m, on Tuesdays in the park.
Last week 76 boys and .girls at-
tended the weekly hike. Children
wishing to participate may meet
at the town park each Wednesday
morning at 10.30, with a lunch.
The playground supervisor, Irene
Saint, has informed The Advance-
Times that there is still room for
more registrations 'in all activities
and any children who have not thlt-
en part in these' programs will be

SQUADRON AT CAMP
,*Winding up an active two weeks
at Air Cadet Sumrher Camp are
fine smart-looking air cadets be-
tween the ages of 14 and 18 who
are members of No, 532 RCAC
squadron.,. The boys represent
three towns, Goderich, Clinton and
Wingham. When' they arrived at
camp two weeks ago the boys
joined forces with over 400 other
air cadets from many parts of
Quebec and Ontario, •to take part
in the first of four two-week
camps to be held at Clinton Air
Base this summer during July and
August,
During their stay at summer
camp the cadets are given training
in such varied subjects as leader-
ship, armaments, rifle firing, wa-
ter safety and drill, all taught by
qualified instructors. To give
,their schedule all even balance,
physical training and recreation
are provided for In the fOrm of an
extensive sports program,which is
Climaxed in a gala •track and field
day.'
Informative tours of local indus-
tries, as Well as' visits to. nearby

A highlight of each cadet's stay
is a 45-minute flight in an RCAF'

A double ring ceremony was
eerformed by the Reverend Harold
Funstan of Paisley Westminster.

Catherine Byers exchanged mar-
riage vows with Roger Daniel
Sehwass in Knox Presbyterian
Church, Tara.
The bride is the daughter of Mr,
and Mrs. Stuart Byers, R.R, 3,
Tara,- and the groom is the son of
Mr, and Mrs. Daniel Schwass, of
Paisley,
The bride chose a gown of chan-
tilly lace and nylon „chiffon featur-
ing a bouffant skirt of nylon chif-
fon over nylon net and satin, .The
fitted bodice, in waterfall design,
was styled with lily point sleeves
and a scoop neckline ' bordered
with sequins. Her circular veil of
three -tiered nylon net was held
by a headdress pf chantilly lace
and pearls, and', she carried a .cas-
cade of shasta mums and white
pomp oms.
Maid of honor was Miss Heather
Burt, Toronto, and 'bridesmaids
were Miss Aileen Schwass, sister of
the groom, and Mrs. Donald Byers.
They were gowned alike in dresses
of white embossed nylon over mint-
colored taffeta,
Groomsman was Donald Byers
and ushers were John Schwass, a
brother of the groom and Bruce
Knox, Guelph.
For travelling to Western Can-
ada and the United States the
bride donned a sheath dress in•
brown and 'beige with matching
duster, white accessories and a cor-
