"You Have a Date with God", bas-
ed on the Scripture lesson. He
said we must keep our faith in God
and man ever firm even in the face
of trying circumstances; we must
keep ever sensitive to human need.
of which we meet so much in our
everyday life; we must share the
burden of the world with Him in
our prayers and we must give what
little we have, so that when He
adds it to others, He may thereon
build His kingdom, Thus, in our
small way, we strive to, keep our
date with God.
Then followed the Service of Re-
ception when Mr, Crawford was
presented for aceeptance as a can-
didate for the ministry of the Un-
ited Church. He was officially
