AT AUXILIARY MEET
The June meeting of the Even-
lug Auxiliary of the Baptist Church
Mission Circle. was held at the
home of Mrs, Harold Pocock. The
ladies had the pleasure of haying
their 'husbands i,11 attendance and.

lowship was enjoyed by all,
The opening .hymn was "Stand-
ing on the Promises" and the pre-
sident, Mrs. Ruth Rogers, opened
the meeting with prayer, The
minutes of the last meeting were
read and adopted. The treasurer's
report was read hy Mrs. George,
Hotchkiss. It Was" decided..to
a quilting bee on June 23, at which
time the July picnic will be dis-
cussed. The auxiliary moved to
send Miss Laura Collar $25,00 for•.
her birthday. Mrs .Don Sinclair
suggested that Sunday School pa-
pers he saved and sent at a later

Mr. and Mrs, Frank Collar sang
a duet, "Life Is Like a Mountain
Railroad", Mrs. Frank Collar had
charge of the devotional and Mrs,
Don Sinclair read an article on the
first Baptist Church for the Chin-
ese in Toronto, A film entitled
"A Wonderful Life" we's enjoyed
by all, Following the film a sea,

ed in by Mrs. Sinclair, Mrs. Geo.
Hotchkiss and Mrs. Frank Collar.
Following the. meeting a social
time was spent, Mr, Bruce Mc-
Lean thanked the ladies for an

was held by a net and nylon bridal

The bridesmaid, MrS, Roy Russler
of Kitchener, wore a ballerina gown
of 'blue nylon erystalette' over taf-
•feta. Her white pleated nylon head
dress was trimmed with sequins.

p.m. in Knox Presbyterian Church,
Blueyale, for the Setting when El-
izabeth Caroline Campbell became
the bride 'of Kenneth Edward

Rev, T. E. Kennedy performed

Johnston, soloist, sang "Wedding

Mr. Campbell gave this daughter
in marriage, She Wore a cathed-
ral length gown cif Chantilly lace
and nylon ' tulle featuring lily
point sleeves, Chantilly lace bodice
with loW torso and scalloped Sab-
rina neckline. The bell shaped
skirt 'of layers of nylon tulle and
slipper satin was appliqued and
Worn over hoops and crinolines.
The back was accented With floor-
length tropiz panels and matching
appliques. Her circular embroid-
ered veil was held by a headdress
of Chantilly lace adorned with
rhinestones and pearls. Her flows
