How to Brew A Good CUp of Tea Whether you prefer a tea with a mild, mellow flavour or the new blend now on the market, a darker tea with a deeper flavour, there are basic rules to follow in brewing. First, warm the tea pot. Bring water from the cold water tap to a full, rolling boil, Use one tea bag for eachltwo cups and brew from three to five minUtes. Remove the bags, stir sand serve.
