ning with vice-chairman Roy Celt,

rey reported that hospital popula-
tion at the end of Match was 120

liam reported Match revenue at
$44,012,00 and expenditures for the
same 'period, $34,360, for a, "paper':
profit of $9,652.00. The, precise
value of this apparent profit is nob

chargeable; Figures far the first
three months of the year showed
revenue of $120,793.00 and expen-
ditures of $102,209,00. Accounts
receivable have been reduced by

maintenance staffs not covered In
the general increases made at the
March meeting.
It was announced that a bequest

late john Gurley Ferguson Inas 'been

The matter of remuneration tor
board members was discussed for
some time but no 'action was tak-
en at Friday's meeting.
Meeting in the basement of the
United Church, on Friday evening,
the Lions Club of Wingham initiat-
ed a new member, Don.Hildebrand,
Lion Bill Tiffin was in charge of
the ceremony, assisted by Lions
'Pain Currie' and -Stan Hall,
Lion President Bill Conron was
