Conference Held ' At Kincardine There was an attendance of 435 persons at the main Bible lecture "The Watch Tower Society in God's Purpose" which climaxed the three day conference held by Jer hovah's Witnesses in the Kin- cardine District High School this past week-end, Delegates assembled from 13 congregations for Bible instruction and practical demonstration in how it can be-used in miPisterial activity and their personal lives, A. V. Danley, district supervisor of • the Watch Tower Bible and Tract Society, the legal channel for Jehovah's Witnesses, pointed out in the main discourse Sunday afternoon that the policy of the Society rests on four basic premis- es, That there is a Supreme Being, Creator of heaven and earth named Jehovah God; that the Bible .is His inspired and infallible word; that God has ever had a channel of communication between Himself and man; and that today the Watch Tower Society is being used as a legal servant of God's channel, Mr, Murky further pointed out "The purpose of Jehovah God therefore calls for a Channel of communication now that will serve notice upon all his enemies that God's war of Armageddon is im- pending; otherwise when it strikes they, will not know the reason why." Showing the most important work for God's people, he con- tinued; "The channel is also needed So as to warn all Men of geod-will toward 'Cod so that they might take a life preserving course even as Noah and his family." Now over 792,000 persons ih 179 lands are sharing in this preaching work, devoting over 100 million hears to Such activity to aid all ministers and persons interested in Bible prophecy.
