Abram Buried Friday GORRIE—John James Abram died suddenly of a heart attack at his home in Corti° about ,5 p.m., on Tuesday of last week in his 48th year. Bore in. Belmore, he was a son of the late William. Abram and Je'-' miina Marshall. He moved to Gor- rie some 12 years ago. He was with the armed forces in World War II and operated, a' taxi for Several years. Later he was a salesman for Watkins products. He was a mem- ber of the United Church. • , Survivors include his wife, the former Bessie Cowan; two daugh- ters, Connie _of Windsor and Dar- lene at home; three sons, Mervyn, with the Royal. Canadian Navy at Dartmouth, N.S.; Morris and Rocky at home; 'a son, Fraser, was acci- dentally killed in December, 1956. Also surviving 'are three sisters, errs. Archie (Alma) Etherington, Hensall; • Mr s .• A. (Margaret) Crundwell and Miss Mary Abram, London; five 'brothers, Stephen, To- tenth; 'Robert, Harry, Wesley and William, all of London. Funeral service was at the`Moir funeral home, Gorrie, at 2 P.m. on Friday, conducted by the Rev, J. W, Hird of the Gorrie United ChUrch. Burial was in the Gorrie cemetery, Pallbearers were Fred Kerr, Creighton Lacing, Boyd Marshall, Marvin Marshall, Carl Douglas and Wilmer Nuhn, • Mental Health Auxiliary Subject \GORRIE—"Mental Health" was the subject taken by Mrs. E.
