Fleet, daughter of Mr. and' Mrs,
John Fleet, Listowel, was united in;
marriage to Bruce Edward Franca;
Clegg, son of Mr. and Mrs. Der-
bert Clegg, of Gorrie. An •arrange-.

peas formed the setting.,

, The bride wore a • waltz-length,
princess styled, gown of White
'nylon. A tiara held her shoulder-
length veil. She wore matching
mitts ,and carried a white Bible
crested with red roses and step-
hanotis.
Mis's Ruth Orth, as bridesmaid,
wore a waltz-length dress of blue
nylon net, with a bouquet of roses.
William Reinard, Brussels, was best
man.'
At the reception, the bride's
mother received ',in a turquoise
nylon dresg.' She Was assisted by
the bridegroorii's Mother in a blue
figured dress. Each wore a corsage
of pink and' white roses.
For a: wedding trip to Niagara
Falls and other points, the bride
changed to a powder blue dress,
beige duster and beige and blue
accessories.
Mr. and Mrs. Gregg will reside
in Listowel.

Summer Camp
Members of the Wingham Girl
Guides who are attending camp at
Keewatin are Mary Ellen McPhail,
Jane Hetherington, Judy Callan,
Jean Chittick, Brenda MacLennan,
Sally Crawford, Jean, Jones, Karen
Elliott, Brenda Elliott and Brenda
Conron.
They left on Sunday and will be
away for ten days,

GM Sales Manager
Former assistant general sales
manager of General Motors of
Canada, Ltd., George E. Ansley,
who died in Oshawa General Hos-
pital on Wednesday was buried in
Wingharn on Saturday.
He began work' as a young man
with the McLaughlin Carriage Co,
at Winnipeg as an assistant ac-
doaritant. Later, he became branch
manager.
During the development of GMC,
Mr, Ansley ,e8tablishect Buick
branches across Canada, tie retired
in 1938.
He WaS born Wingham, He is
Survived by a' Sister, MrS, Laura
Lindsay' of Victoria and a brother,
Harry of Vancouver. Two brothers,
Wesley and 'Fred predeceased him.
He leaves his Wife, the fanner

sons spent last week at Kincardine.
Mrs. Frank Angus
Funeral Thursday
Mrs. Frank Angus, a resident, of
Wingham for many years, died at
the Wingham Hospital on Tuesday.
Mrs. Angus had been reasonably
well until a sudden stroke caused
her brief illness, She was 87 yea'rs
of age.
Born in Tutaberry Township she
was the former Ellen Hamilton, a
daughter of the late Hugh Hamil-
ton and Rachel Ludington. She was
married in Wingham to Frank‘W.
Angus, who predeceased her 15
years ago, She was a member of
St, Ancirew'a Presbyterian Church,
Surviving are three sons and two
daughters, James, of Wingham;
Frank and John E.,• of Toronto;
Mrs. H. C. (Evelyn) Bates and
Mrs. S. J, (Olive) McCaully, both
Of' Detroit; two brothers, Hugh.
Hamilton, of Toronto and Jody
Hamilton, of Trail, B.C. There are
seven grandchildren and two great-
grandchildren. She was alSo pre-
deteased by three daughters and
two sons.
