Edwin Palmer Was
Turnberry Resident
WROXETER — There passed
way in. Wingham General Hospi-
tal on Monday, June 30th, a long
time resident of Turnberry Town-
ship in 'the person of Richard Ed-
win Palmer, He was in his 81s1
year,
Mr. Palmer was born near St
Helens and was the son of the 'late
Richard 'Palmer arid Julia Lott. On
October 16, 1007 he married Les-
setta Jane Bush, who predeceased
him in the year 1941. He farmed
in the community practically, all
his life. He was a Member 'of'Salem
United Church. He was 'the ,last
:member of a family of four.

I'nesday at 2 o'clock froin the • Moir
funeral home; Gorrie, with Rev; W
J, V, Buchanan in charge. Inter-
meat was in the Wroxeter Ceme-
tery. Pallbearers were Greer' Wy-
lie,, William. Bolt, Gordon Wray,
Fraser Haugh, Stanley Gallaher
and Ken Bennett.
