(firmly packed without crushing)

Now; Mike your preserves. Place
over high heat and bring to a full
rolling boil, stirring carefully 'fe
keep fruit whole, Reduce heat and
boil gently 3 minutes.' Remove
from heat and at once stir in
Certo. Skim off with,metal spoon,.
Then let cool about 1 hour, to help
prevent floating fruit. Ladle into
glasses, Cover ;preserves at once .
with 1/4 inch 'hot paraffin, Makes
about 10 Medium glasses.
