Taylor's group in charge, opening

welcomed the members of the
Belgrave Evening Auxiliary of the
Woman's Missionary Society of
Knox United Church to her home
on Tuesday evening. There were
21 members and three visitors
present.
The meeting opened with the
worship service with Mrs, Jack
with a hymn and prayer by Mrs
Taylor. Mrs. Alan Dunbar and
Mrs. Eldon Cook gave two read-
ings, 'followed by prayer by Mrs.
Taylor and two hymna. Mrs, Gor-
don Bosnian gave another reading.
The business seSsion followed,
with routine reports and visits to
the sick and shut-ins recorded.
Discussion was held on sending
delegates to Alma College and
Mrs. Jack Taylor was named dele-
gate from the Evening Auxiliary
and Miss Patsy .Logan for.- the
Discussion was held op the send-
ing of a''bale and it was decided
that the group leaders be respon-
sible for each group to provide a
layette, and the Auxiliary to pay
part of the postage on the bale.
The group also decided to try and
sell name sfickers, as a means Of
making slime eXtra money. It was
agreed that the group pay for the
C.G.I.T. badges. The Ju,ne meet-
ing will be on June 2, in the church
for the re-affiliation service with
the C.G.I.T. group. The offering
was received and dedicated. Mrs.
Harold Vincent led recreation
and lunch was served.

family of Blyth visited on Sunday
with Mr. and Mrs, Ralph McCrea
and Douglas. ;
Mr. and Mrs. Torn Wade and
family of , Brantford visited one
day last week with his mother, Mrs.
Clarence Wade.
Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Armstrong,
Reta and Kenneth. of Thorndale
and Mr. and Mrs. Jack Armstrong
of Hamilton spent the week-end
with Mr. and Mrs. David Arm-

Bible Class. There were 29 present
