BELGRAVE - An interesting'
meeting on Auxiliary Education
was held the Forester's Hall,
Belgrave, sponsored by the Del-
grave Women's' Institute, when
members, teachers, and parentr
were addressed by Fred Reynolds
remedial teacher of Auxiliary Edu-
cation for South Greif County.
He gave an enthusiastic account
of his experiences and methods in
his work in the forty-seven schools
of the five Township. Area Boards.
He told of .his system of dealing
with .pupils by I.Q. tests and,
methods-along mental, physcial and
emotional planes:
.As he closed his addresS, Mr.
Reynolds left his Audience with the
impression that there Were many
benefits to be derived from reined-.
ial teaching by children, parents
and teachers. He estimated the
cost of remedial teaching as being
twenty to thirty dollars a year per
school.
