piano, Mrs, Carl Douglas Bel-
more, led in communitY singing of
Irish songs and Mr. Gibson favored

the names of most of the Lions
present, and also a hifiky draw,
Rev, Gardiner, the guest speaker,
was introduced by Lion Warren'

of Chicago, took his audience on
an imaginary tour of that city,
Among the places of interest men-
tioned were the North Western
University (where the speaker had
spent several weeks • while taking
a course fit the university), Sol;
dier's Field, Marshall Field's mar-
49t, the Chicago Stock Xards, the
Chicago Tribune office, Chinatown,
and the First Methodist Church.
Mr. 'Gardiner also commented on
the good work done by the Lions
clubs. Lion Warner Collings thank-
ed the speaker, to yvhorn. he pre-
sented a gift on behalf of the club.
Lion Harvey MeDermitt also pre-
sented Bill Gibson With a gift.
Three new members were wel-
comed into the club, Bill Simpson
and La.wson Doig of Nfolesworth,
and Blake McMillan of Gorrie.
