FORDWICH—Franklin Kay Col-
lins, 65, a former law partner of
Public Works Minister Green, was
appointed a, judge of the B.C. 'Su-
preme Court, He fills a .vacaney

Justice J. V. Clyne.
Judge Collins was born at Mi-
ami, Man,, and graduated from
the 'University of Manitoba 'and
went to E,C. in 1914. The follow-
ing year he enlisted as a private
with the 61st Overseas Battalion.
