6th, at the home of her nieee, Mrs
Harty Adams, one of the oldest
residents of this community in the
person of Mrs, Thos. jacklin, in
her 92nd year, '
She was the former, Esther Jape
Bird, daughter of the late James
Bird and Mary Ann Hayes, and
was born in Blanshard Township
on June 4th, 1866. '
On February 14th, 1906 she was
married in Brussels Methodist
manse to the late Thos. Tacklin.
They took alp residence on a farm
in Ilowick Township for a number
of Years before retiring to Wm--
eter some year ago,

Eurepe to the 'British Isles, where
they Will minister in several of
the well-known British Pulpits, be-
fore continuing on to Toronto and 4,
home in time for Christmas.
