charge of Mrs. K. M. MacLennan,
who was assisted by Mrs, W. Cons-
son and Mrs, 1, Hamilton.

During the business meeting Mrs.

the annual report, stating much
had been aecomplished and that
the allocation had been exceeded.
The converters of all the commit-
tees gave annual report; indicat-
ing a very busy year.
Rev. D. J. MacRae spoke briefly
to the group and then took charge
of the ,installation of the executive
for 1958,
The meeting 'was brought to a
close by repeating the Mizpah
benediction after which, a social
hour was enjoyed,
Evening Guild
Meets at St. Paul's
The regular meeting of St. Paul's
Evening Guild was held on Tues-
day evening in the parish room
with. Mrs. Norman Cronkwright's
group in charge. The meeting was
opened •by the president, Mrs, Al-
vin Higgins and all repeated the
Lord's prayer.
A discussion took place regard-
ing a pancake supper on Shrove
Tuesday and the details were left
with the committee, Ref. C,
Johnson gave a talk oar ',Co-opera-
tion", The group worked on the
articles for the layettes. After a
social hour Mrs. Cronkwright and
her group served a delicious lunch,

An active interest in the Sunday
School was evidenced by greatea•
attendance and increased ,givings:
The highlight of the Sunday SChool

far and near. This year new chairs
were purchased for the school
room, $74.00 'was sent to the Cana-
dian Save the Children's Fund and
$626.41 was given to the Missionary
and Maintenance fund of the
church.

Sunrise Service which was shared
by many of the church members,

Band was held in the Sunday

perance. Mrs. Harry MacArthur
