For an extra special fall-feast gar
nish, try cranberry sauce cutouts.
Open both ends of a large can of jel
lied cranberry sauce. Push sauce
carefully onto a plate. Cut into 3/8
inch slices and lay each slice flat.
Then, using decorative cookie
cutters, cut slices into leaves for
autumn, into turkeys for Thanksgiv
ing, or into stars for Christmas.
Place slice on each plate and gar
nish serving platters too. Your
guests surely will be “berry"
impressed.
