SPECIAL EVENTS Well, our school did a fantastic job of cutting down on the amount of garbage. In the last two weeks there was only 95.75 kg. collected. The top five classes with the least amount were as follows: grade four/five 5.6 kg.; grade eight, 5.95 kg.; grade three, 6.45 kg.; grade one, 9.15 kg. and grade three/four, 10.5 kg. Hopefully this trend will continue so we will cut down on the amount of garbage that goes into the landfill site.
