The Technician will assist with construction and mounting of both permanent and temporary exhibitions and in the operation of the reception counter and gift shop. Work with the collection, creating location codes for objects in storage and display are also required. The Technician works with the Senior Technician on the performance of routine service on a complex environmental control system. WORKING HOURS This is a full-time regular staff position with the County of Huron and requires a minimum of thirty-five hours per week. Those working hours are generally from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. with one hour off for lunch. From time to time work outside the stat­ ed hours will be required. Work on weekends will be necessary on a rotational basis (approximately one each month during the summer season). Plans were finalized for a retirement reception for the present Road Superintendent Roy Williamson at the Brussels Legion on Sept. 18. Council had no objections to a severance application by Steven Brock, part lot 23, concession 8 (Ethel) provided that the severed parcel was rezoned by the proposed purchaser of the property. In other business, Council approved payment of general accounts totalling $58,159.87, drain accounts totalling $2,194.85 and road accounts totalling $114,573.86.
