Soloist inspires
congregation
Helen Baumbach sang a very
delightful solo at Auburn
Missionary Church on Sunday,
June 14. She inspired the
congregation by singing, “Jesus
Paid It All.”
Pastor Came's message entitled,
“The Right Time and The Right
Place” was taken from the scripture
of Mark 10: 46 - 52. Bartimaeus
had never been able to be where
Jesus was and this was the last time
Jesus was passing through this part
of the country. What if Bartimaeus
had procrastinated. He could have
made many excuses but he called
out to Jesus. It was the right time.
God has a timetable. In these last
days God has spoken to his through
His Son. How much we miss if we
miss God's timing. There is the
right place. The place is where God
speaks to us. There is the right way.
None can predict God's way but if
we don't accept God's way we will
lose out. We need to respond by
faith.
On Sunday, June 21 Rev. Marty
Verk will be speaking at Auburn
