The bride is the daughter of Clarence and Rosemarie Bishop of RR 1, Ethel and her groom is the son of Mary and Andrew Harrietha of Guelph. After 29 years in storage and a few sewing touch ups by the bride's grandmother Vera Nicholson, Darlene was able to wear her mother's iace gown. Her bridal attendants wore forest green velvet knee-length dresses. The matron- of-honor was Colleen Paranyi (Bridge) of Waterloo, friend of the bride. The bride is the daughter of Mr. Hunkings celebrate golden anniversary Milestone Lome and Addie Flunking of Londesboro were the special guests of honour at a dinner in Londesboro Community Hall on Sunday, April 12. The occasion was their 50th wedding anniversary. Lome and Addie Hunking of Londesboro celebrated their golden anniversary on April 12, 1992 at Londesboro Community Hall. The former Addie Bell and her groom were wed on April 11, 1942 at Blyth United Church manse by Rev. Arthur Sinclair. The bride was the daughter of Frank and Charlotte Bell and the groom was the son of William and Rose Hunking. Matron-of-honour was Mrs. Jan­ ice Matheson of RR 1, Listowel, Auburn. Following their marriage the Hunkings farmed until 1970, when Mr. Hunking took a job with Man­ nings' lumber business. They have three children, Mar­ jorie (Mrs. Tom Duizer) of Londes­ boro, Art of Exeter and Murray of Goderich, 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Special guests at the anniversary celebration were the bridal atten­ dants and Mrs. Hunking's mother who just recently celebrated her 100th birthday. Best man was Wayne McDowell of Chatham, friend of the groom. Guests were ushered by Jim Scott of RR 1, Belgrave and Don Shiell of RR 3, Wingham, both friends of the groom. Sherri Robinson of RR 1, Belgrave, niece of the groom and Amy Cook of RR 5, Brussels, niece of bride were flowergirls. Jeremy Chapman of Belgrave, son of the bride, was the ringbearer. After a reception at the Brussels, Morris and Grey Community Cen­ tre, the couple honeymooned in Florida. They now reside on the groom's farm at RR 1, Belgrave. CEC-S opens offices The Listowel Canada Employ­ ment Centre for Students (CEC-S) is off to a very good start this year. The staff is very excited to be opening two satelite offices this year, one in Wingham and one in Mount Forest. The CEC-S hopes this will increase its visibility and services in these towns and their surrounding areas. It is expected that local employers will take advantage of the convenience ser­ vices and location and that studnets will be able to participate more eas­ ily as well. The Wingham location is in the Town Hall. Office hours are Thurs­ day, beginning on May 14, from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. The Mount Forest satelite is located at 248 Main St. S., in the office facilities of the North Wellington Advisory Group. It will be open on Tuesday, beginning May 12 from 8:30 - 4:30. Any students wishing to register with the CEC-S are invited to drop in to any one of the offices and complete a registration card. Employers can call the offices at 357-3550 on Thursdays in Wing­ ham and 323-2511 on Tuesdays in Mount Forest. The Listowel office remains open Monday - Friday.
