Making the presentation is Steve Coulter has retired as team manager. Greg McNevin was the recipient of this year's Michael Vincent Memorial award at the Brussels' Bulls' annual banquet, Saturday. Making the presentation are director Brian Rutledge, left and Michael Vincent's father Doug. Michael played for the Bulls several years ago and was killed in a car accident in 1989. Greg was also the Playoff MVP. Retiring Brussels Bulls' coach Scott Pettigrew, left, presented team member Trevor Fortune with the Coach's award at the annual awards banquet in Brussels, Saturday night. Good Jeff Coulter, centre, is the recipient of this year's Jason Kraemer Memorial Award for sportsmanship, presented at the Bull's banquet, Saturday. Presenting the award are Doug Shaw, Vice-President and Susan Kraemer, mother of Jason, a former Bull who died tragically in a car accident. At the annual Bulls' banquet in Brussels on Saturday evening it was announced that Phil Westman of Milverton has been appointed as Coach Scott Pettigrew's successor for the 1992-93 hockey season. Mr. Pettigrew resigned after two sea­ sons with the team. Assistant manager Charlie Smith will remain. Also, it was noted that former Bulls' coach Hugh Nichol of Brus­ sels has accepted the position of team manager, following the resig­ nation of Steve Coulter. He will be assisted by Art Houghton. This being the 10th anniversary season for the Junior "C" team, there are some special things planned, Mr. Coulter said. There will be a new face for the team pro­ gram this year. It will sport a glossy cover, plus pictures of players who have been on the team over the decade. On October 17 the NHL Old- timers will be in town to play the Bulls Dream Team, which will be picked by public vote. Prizes will be awarded for selecting the most players making the team. A dance will follow the game. Winners of the Bull's 250 draw were: $50, Graham Kirby, Cook- stown, Harvey Shaw, Brussels, Greg Fries, Milverton, Jacquie Johnson, Londesboro, Doug Shaw, Brussels and Ray Hallahan, Blyth; $100 Lloyd Michie, Brussels; $1000 Ray Walker, Wingham. The Brussels Bulls executive and some players will be selling alu­ minum foil on Saturday, May 9 as a fundraising event. The door-to-door campaign will begin in the morning and should last until about noon, said director Carolyn McAvoy. Thp. foil is fppt in 17.7 inches in width. It sells for $22. Also there is some plastic wrap left from the previous year's fundraiser. This is 1,000 feet in length and costs $16. On May 11, the executive will be holding its annual meeting at 7:30 in the arena. As they will be select­ ing the 1992-93 executive they are looking for any interested individu­ als to attend. Three times a wi Bulls' captain Corey McKee, right was a big winner at the awards banquet on Saturday night. Assistant coach Charlie Smith presented Corey with the trophy for regular season MVP. He also was presented the award for top scorer during regular season play and best defenseman. and What a start Bulls' executive director Carolyn McAvoy had the pleasure of presenting awards to three graduating players at the banquet on Saturday evening. With her, from left are: Brad Carter, Trevor Fortune and Joe Walker. Fourteen-year-old Todd Norman, right was recognized for a his sensational contribution to the Bulls by being awarded the Rookie of the Year trophy. Making the presentation was teammate Jeff McKee.
