The purpose of Mike's project was to determine if all types of music damages hearing at the same level. He discovered that rock music is most damaging to human ears because it has the most bass vibrations. The competition was held April 7 at the Brussels, Morris and Grey Community Centre. Pastor Came's message entitled, “The Conquering King” was taken from Luke 19: 28-44. In Lhis scrip ture we catch the sense of a power over-riding the circumstances. Some of the crowd had been with Christ on the Mt. of Olives while others were coming from Jerusalem. Who can control a crowd like a King? Let royalty enter, the crowd reacts. A donkey was in a parade. Imag ine a colt being so controlled that he permitted a person to ride on him. The King is coming and when He comes every knee will bow, even the atheist and the skeptic. There will be a Good Friday ser vice at Auburn Missionary Church at 10:30 a.m. All are welcome. On April 26 in the morning ser vice Rev. and Mrs. Keith Elliott will be present. They are soon returning to Ecuador. Be sure to come and hear what the Lord is doing in the land of Ecuador.
