In our recent bereave ment we found great consolation and comfort in the remembrances of our many friends. Words cannot express the thankfulness for all the kindnesses which were shown us at the time of our loss. We appreci ate the friends who brought food to the house, who sent flowers to both the house and to the funeral home, and who visited us at home and at the funeral home. It was over whelming yet gratifying. It was especially thoughtful of those peo ple who gave donations to charities of their choice and to the I.C.U. of Alexandra Marine and General Hospital in Goderich. As many of you know, Brian had spent time there and received the best of atten tion. A very special thanks goes to Steven Sparling for being my guide to Toledo and accompanying me home again that night. The cards we've received at home are very moving. Special thanks go to the United Church Women who catered to the lunch at my home after the service and to Rev. Paul Ross for his visits and the Celebra tion of Life service for Brian. God looked around in His garden And He found an empty space, He then looked down upon this earth And saw your tired face. He put His arms around you He lifted you to rest, God's garden must be beautiful For He only takes the best. God knew you were suffering He knew you were in pain, He knew a cure was not to be In this world again. He saw the road was getting rough The hills were hard to climb, So He closed your weary eyelids And whispered “Peace Be Thine”. It grieved our hearts to lose you But you did not go alone, For part of us went with you The day God called you home. - Lovingly remembered and sadly missed by daughter Sandy and grandson Brandon. 14-1 ORTH. In loving memory of a dear wife Jean Orth, who passed away April 11, 1991. We are sad within our memory, Lonely are our hearts today, For the one we loved so dearly, Has forever been called away. We think of her in silence, No eye may see us weep, But many silent tears are shed, When others are asleep. - Sadly missed and ever remem bered by husband Garry. 14-1 ORTH. In loving memory of a dear sister and aunt - Jean who was taken from us so suddenly on April 11, 1991. One lonely year has passed since that sad day When a very special person was called away We'll never forget how much you cared And all the memories that we shared Nobody knew your suffering and pain It is only God that could explain Treasure her Lord in your garden of rest For on this earth she was the best. - Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by Fran, Darwin and Tammy. 14-1 ORTH. In loving memory of a dear daughter and sister Margaret Jean, who passed away April 11, 1991.
