On Tuesday, October 29th, 1991, at the candidates meeting, while thanking Council and Ratepayers, I failed to thank our staff that work with the Village of Blyth. I wish to apologize for not remembering to express my thanks and appreciation for work well done. To Clerk-Treasurer, Admin istrator Helen Grubb and Secretary Julie Young, our two office staff, thanks for all the times I efficiently and pleasantly got the com munication and documen tation I needed to do my job as Reeve. John Rinn and Bill Bromley service their foremanship jobs well and as a result, of all our staff the Village is managed day to day the best it ever was. We were pleased with our summer help and part-time staff this year as well. A well deserved "Thanks". Your Reeve Albert A.
