Elwin Garland and Tom Warner
introduced the plans for forming
small groups within the congrega
tion.
Tom based his sermon on Luke
17: 1-10. He used the illustration of
a small mustard seed growing to
produce a huge plant. Likewise our
faith may have small beginnings
but has the potential to grow large
and powerful with time.
The Youth Group is planning a
“get away” weekend next week.
The Community Venture Club will
hold its initial meeting this week.
The Elders and Church Council
also have scheduled meetings for
the coming week.
