meeting of council to discuss the
location of a proposed garage.
Eugene McAdam, the Chief
Building Official agreed to contact
the Huron County Health Unit
regarding the proposal. Also a site
meeting will be held as there are
tile from the septic tank system that
may affect the garage location.
A borrowing by-law, in the
amount of $9,100, imposing a spe
cial annual drainage rate upon
lands where money is borrowed
under the Tile Drainage Act was
passed.
Tile drainage loans were
approved for; Lot 30, Cone. 7,
$6,000; Lot 29, Cone. 7, $7,500;
Lot 19, Cone. 4, $14,200; Part Lot
11, Cone. 1, $7,500; East Part Lot
4, Cone. 1, $1,500 and West half
Lot 28 and East half Lot 29, Cone.

A request for repairs to the Bcn-
newies Municipal Drain was
received.
Council supported the proposed
capital improvements of $110,000
to the Seaforth and District Com
munity Centres.
Cindy Maloney was hired as
gravel checker for road reconstruc
tion.
A letter was received from Hcn-
sall District Co-op suggesting
improvements to the intersection of
Sideroad 20/21 and Cone. 2/3.
Wayne Dolmage, the Road Super
intendent will contact the properly
owner at the intersection regarding
the trimming of trees.
The road accounts totalling
$27,683.83 and the general
accounts in the amount of
$460,381.42 were approved for
payment.
