Blyth Rutabaga Festival '91
Fishing derby plenty of fun for avid anglers
Sunday morning the Rutabaga Festival
will leave the boundaries of the village
proper for the Children's Fishing Derby at
Radford's Pond just south of Blyth.
The Radford group are organizing the
event and there will be prizes awarded.
Each child must be accompanied by
an adult and bring his or her own fishing
equipment and bait.
Are we having fun yet?
Young and old braved the cool temperatures last year to take part in the
Radford Fishing Derby, just one of the many Rutabaga Festival activities held.

“Two Brothers is
blistering political
satire, aimed at the
federal government.
Johns is hilarious”.
London Free Press.
"Two Brothers toasts
Tories ... to a crisp ...
There’s no mistaking
it. Johns is cheesed off

his band of merry
mischief-makers.”
