Mr. Scrimgeour urged Blyth council to get behind the move. "I feel we have to think about the future and we've got to think about our neighbours and the possibilities this has," he said. Councillors had no questions (Councillor Steven Sparling declared a conflict of interest) and promised to discuss the subject fur ther after its regular agenda was finished. The meeting adjourned without further discussion of the presentation. becoming a moneymaker for some body. It's too bad costs keep going up, he said, because people are get ting sick and tired of the higher costs and they're going to question whether they should be recycling.
