Brussels Public School Music Night, Thursday
by Rebecca Dauphin and Shane
Wilson
It's that time of year again when
we all join together to present our
best in music at our annual Music
Night. On May 9 at 7:30 p.m. in the
school auditorium, the classes of
our school will be taking you on a
Cross-Canada flight. Each class
will have a presentation about one
of our provinces. The presentation
will involve singing and acting as
we wing our way from sea to sea,
across Canada.
On April 26 at 9 a.m. the students
and staff of B.P.S. joined in the
gym for a special assembly. Our
regular opening exercises were fol
lowed by the introduction of a spe
cial guest, David Stephenson, the
president of the Brussels Optimist
Club. Dave presented medals to the
Science Fair winners. We thank
Dave and the Optimist Club for
their interest and involvement in
our Science Fair and other activi
ties in our school.
