This program will involve identifying students at risk of dropping out, counselling both students and parents individually and in groups, establishing liaison with school officials, making refer­ rals to other agencies and providing follow up activities. The ideal candidate will hold a university degree in social work, have several years experience in working with youth and have a good understanding of the edu­ cation system.
