Reeve Ernest Snell received $1,700 for regular meetings; $450 for special meetings; $890 for seminars; $2,158.62 for mileage, for a total of $5,198.62. Councillor Fred Meier received $1,200 for regular meetings; $720 for special meetings, for a total of $1,920. Councillor Don Schultz received $1,200 for regular meetings; $810 for special meetings and $90 for seminars for a total of $2,100. Councillor James Hunter receiv­ ed $1,200 for regular meetings; $1,140 for special meetings; $333 for mileage, expenses, and conven­ tions, for a total of $2,673. Councillor Maurice Hallahan re­ ceived $1,200 for regular meetings; $1,250 for special meetings; $300 for seminars; $555.43 for mileage, expenses and conventions, for a total of $3,305.43. Salary ranges for municipal em­ ployees for 1991 were also releas­ ed. The Clerk-treasurer will earn between $35,000 and $39,000. The road superintendent will receive between $14-$17 per hour. Grader operators will receive between $13.50 and $16.50 per hour. An office assistance will earn between $9 and $11 per hour. The landfill site attendant will receive between $9 and $11 per hour. The drainage superintendent will receive $11.50 to $13.50 per hour as will the chief building official. Casual labourers will receive $8 to $11. The tile drainage inspector will receive $11 to $14 per hour. 3 elected to Milk Committee Three new members of the Huron County Milk Committee were elected at the annual meeting of the group in Brussels Thursday. Six producers were nominated to fill the three vacancies. Elected were Ken Ramsey, East Wawa­ nosh; Barry Elliott, East Wawa­ nosh and Eldon Bowman, Howick. Each will sit for three years on the committee. Mr. Ramsey is returning for a final term on the committee. Mr. Elliott and Mr. Bowman were elected for a first term. Retiring from the comm’ttee were Jim McGee, RR 3, Wingham and Jim Murray, RR 5, Seaforth.
