The senior girls finished
second in the Volleyball
tournament in Mitchell in
which 19 teams took part.
The boys finished 4th and
John Lalonde was the out-
standing player. The boys
will be going to another
tournament in Goderich on
Saturday, December 15th.
Line Soccer ' winner was
Edmonton. Sarah Brophy
" scored the winning goal in
sudden-deathovertime.
The health nurse came last
Friday to check the students'
hair. No bead lice was, found
in the School,
Mr. Jack Kopas from F.
Madill school in Wingham
came to talk to the senior
students who will be going to
that school. Mr. Dick, from
Goderich District Collegiate
Institute also came to talk to
future students of that
school.
The Euchre and Commun-
ity Checkers tournaments are
well under way, Survivors of
the first round of house
league checkers are Brother
Carl, Mrs.. Rose Frayne and
Mr. Dave Zyluk.
