Concert was held Friday'
night, December. 7; at Brook-
side School. The program
° began with thesinging of a
few -favourite Christmas car-
ols, accompanied, by Mrs.
Ruth Alton: at the'piano, The:
chairman, Frank Alton, gave
the welcoming ,remarks.
The audience". enjoyed - the
kindergarten class's, 'rendi-
tion of. Rudolph The Red
Nosed Reindeer. Recitations
were filven by Warren An-
drew Holly Dauphin, Sara
Dauphin, Vanessa r Alton,
Douglas Helm, Billy Irwin,
and Kim Farrish. Scott Hack-
ett. played .a,,piano solo,
When You Came Good Shep-
herd.
Intermediate and Junior:.
classes combined to give an
interesting Peep Hole Show
on Familiar Faces.: Mrs.
Janet Wilkins gave the com-
nientary and the . students
acted out the different char-
acters, .those participating
were Elizabeth :. Wilkins,.
Brenda Hackett, George Al-
ton, Kevin' Alton, Diane Ray-
nard,
'Suzanne Alton, Sheila
Campbell, Kirsten .Irwin,
Kenny Wilkins; Paul Hackett
and Steven Alton..
The primary class sang the
favourite, We 'Wish You A
Merry Christmas. Recita-
tions were given by, Chris
Farrish, Diane Broome,

Vanessa Alton, Warren. Andrew and Billy Irwin. Helm, and Shauna Andrew ; .

Sunday School sang Rudolph thea Red Nosed Reindeer when
tbey participieted .in their Sunday School concert at

The junior class presented
the humorous play, Hiding
the Christmas Presents, The
cast was - Debbie. Raynard,
Jamie Alton" Donna Scott',
Nancy Hunter, Scott ;Hack-'
ett, Donna Raynard and Paul
Hackett. Lori Hackett played
accordian solos, That Christ-
mas Feeling . and Santa's.
Using . Zebras Now.
Nancy Hunter gave the
recitation, If I Were Twins, A
play, Christmas Has Been
Cancelled,was presented by
the senior class' andhelped to
remind.uspof the true mean -
ng of Christmas. Those tak-
ing part were Sharon Alton,
Bill Scott, Ian Hackett, Brian
Hackett, Shirley Scott, Lori
Hackett, Jack Wilkins and
Mrs. Suzanne Andrew as
commentator. `

out bags of treatsto all the
Sunday School children. This
brought to close a E very
enjoyable evening for all
present,
