Mr. and Mrs. Melville Scott of Burnaby, B.C. and Mrs. Carl Diann of Kincar- dine visited with Mr. and Mrs. Bill Burt. Visitors with Mrs. George Graham were Rev. and Mrs. Alex Hewitt and Meghan of Fergus, Mr. and Mrs. Tom Ellacott of Toronto and Mrs. Ron Duncan and Sarah of Mississauga. Mrs. Fred Page and Laurie spent a few days in Toronto with Dr. and Mrs. Iman Mohamed, Michael and Ad- am. Mrs. Gertrude; Walsh of Kincardine visited on Satur- day with Edna and May Boyle, and on Sunday she attended the baptism ofher great grandson, Darron Hartwick and a family gath- ering at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Hartwick. The Kinlough Anglican Church Women met on Thursday afternoon at the home of Mrs. Eric Thacker, with, president Mrs. Delbert Hedley in charge and the meeting opened with the hymn, "Come ye thankful people come". Mrs. Howard Thompson read the scripture and pray- ers followed. Mrs. Roy Schneller gave a lovely medi- tation on "Harvest" which was the theme of the meet- ing. Mrs, Ronald Thacker read the minutes and correspond- ence which included a reply from the spring bale and a thank you for a donation received. The South Saugeen Fall Deanery meeting will be held in St. Peters Church, Lucknow on Tuesday, Octob- er 2 and the Harvest Thanks- giving service will be held here on the second. Sunday in October. The roll call was answered with "A Beati- tude". The program was in charge of Mrs. Roy Collins who gave two readings, "Harvest" and "Lord of the Harvest". Miss Edna Boyle, Mrs. Bert Nicholson, Mrs. George Graham, Mrs. Eric Thacker, Mrs. Delliert Hed- ley, Mrs. Ronald Thacker also contributed to the. pro- gram. Contests were conducted by Mrs. Howard Thompson and Mrs. Jean Barnes.. Miss May Boyle gave a closing prayer and Rev.
