War. he served with the
('anadian Army.
He is survived :by his wife
he ' former Olive Alton,
whom ,he married in 1942, in
Blom. Street United Church.

Mrs. Ivan McConachie of
Brampton, daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. Spence Irwin, suf-
fered a severe heart attack
July 19. She is out of in-
tensive care but is in Bramp-
ton General Hospital where
her "condition is improving.
