w' to fell when your weeds
are ready for Roundup:
This summer, you can "zap" even your worst
infestations of quackgrass, milkweed-•and-eanada—'
thistle - right where they grow in the crop.
Just apply Roundupeherb'icide by Monsanto
to these weeds --when they're actively
growing and at the proper stage of growth,
as shown below. Applications must be
made before heading of small grains, t',
h
t
►nidal pod set on soy`kzeaans,' pd slaking of corn.
An effective spot treatment of Roundup can.
control these weeds to help prevent their
spread, and make harvesting easier. Pick up
some Roundup .soon from your farm
chemicals supplier, so you'll be ready when
the weeds are!
Quackgrass.
When most quackgrass is
actively growing and at least 8
inche. tall (3 to -4 leaf stage of
growthl, then apply Roundup.
Canada thistle
Wait until Canada thistle is
actively growing and at or
beyond the bud stage of growth.
Then, it's ready for you to
control it with Roundup.
There's never been '
a herbicide like this before.
vise cormmus
Milkweed
Wait until milkweed is actively
growing and is at the mid to full
bloom stage of growth, then
apply Roundup. Retreatment
may be necessary if all
milkweed plants are not at
the same stage of growth.
